What is fusion jointing?

Plastic fusion jointing refers to the connection method in which the contact surfaces of two plastic parts are melted at the same time by heating, so that the fusion joint pipe can be combined into a whole. For thermoplastic connections only. Electrodes can be used or not used in welding.

For circular or tubular workpieces such as PE, PP, nylon, PET, which are not easily welded by hot melting or ultrasonic waves, fusion pipe welding rotates and pressurizes the upper and lower workpieces at a high speed, so that the upper and lower workpieces can achieve the design of fusion in a very short time. This principle makes the bonding force after processing watertight and airtight.

Fusion pipe machine is used to apply appropriate pressure to the welding surface to squeeze out the residual air in the weld, thus increasing the sealing performance of the welding surface. When using best pipeline welder, it is necessary to have appropriate hot melting time and sufficient cooling time. Ensure that the welding surface absorbs enough heat to reach the state of full melting.
