1. The two PE pipes to be installed and connected are placed on the hdpe butt fusion machine clamp at the same time (the clamp can be replaced according to the diameter of the pipe to be installed), and the other end of each pipe is supported to the same horizontal plane with a pipe bracket.
2. The end face of the pipe is cut flat with an electric rotary knife to ensure that the contact surface of the two pipes can fully match. Then the electric heating plate is heated to 210 °C, placed in the middle of the end faces of the two pipes, and the hd pipe joint machine is operated so that the two end faces are fully heated in contact with the electric heating plate at the same time.
3. After the heating meets the requirements, remove the heating plate and operate the butt welding machine hydraulic device again to fully dock the end faces of the two melted pipes and lock the hydraulic device in order to prevent rebound.
